3. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on fatchai. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. Providing false information, including a fictitious name or someone else's identity, constitutes a material breach of these terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. fatchai will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify fatchai's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. fatchai recommends that users enable all available security features, including two-factor authentication where offered, and use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
4. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of fatchai, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful and personal entertainment purposes. You must not use our services to engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of games or sports events. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated tools such as bots is a serious violation and will result in immediate account termination.
You further agree not to post, transmit, or share any content through fatchai's platform that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable. Users must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to fatchai's systems, databases, or other users' accounts. fatchai reserves the right to monitor user activity for compliance with these obligations and to take any action it deems appropriate, including account suspension, fund freezing, or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities, when violations are detected.
- Do not share your account with any third party under any circumstances.
- Do not use VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
- Do not engage in any form of chip dumping or collusive play in live casino games.
- Do not make chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations at all times while using fatchai.
5. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on fatchai are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). Deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name; fatchai does not accept third-party payments under any circumstances. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. fatchai processes withdrawal requests in accordance with its standard verification and security procedures, which may require submission of identity and payment method documents before funds are released.
fatchai reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification (KYC) or investigation of suspected fraud. Bonuses and promotional funds are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. It is your responsibility to review the applicable bonus terms before accepting any promotional offer. fatchai is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network issues beyond our reasonable control. 6. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of fatchai's intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability. fatchai respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.
7. Account Suspension, Closure & Governing Law
fatchai reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, provision of false information, or behaviour that fatchai reasonably considers harmful to the platform or other users. Upon account closure, any verified remaining balance may be returned to you after deduction of applicable charges, provided no outstanding investigations or disputes are pending.
You may close your account at any time by contacting fatchai's customer support team. Self-exclusion options are also available under our Responsible Gaming policy for users who wish to restrict their own access for a defined period. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. fatchai also complies with all directives issued by PAGCOR or any other relevant regulatory authority overseeing online gaming in the Philippines.
